Mr. Harman is a litigation partner of the firm and since 1990 has specialized in medical malpractice litigation winning a number of multi-million dollar awards. Mr. Harman is a former registered respiratory therapist.

Prior to joining the firm in 1988, Mr. Harman was a staff attorney for the United States Treasury Department and Special Assistant United States Attorney in Chicago, Illinois.
